Directions for use:
Apply CRYO LOTION directly to damp skin (approximately 5 sprays) and wear sweating clothing and/or close-fitting clothing on the specific area.
Rinse CRYO LOTION after 45 minutes or after exercise. To maximize the “intense cold” effect, dilute CRYO LOTION in water (10 sprays in 20 ml of water).
Apply a bandage or compress to the targeted area, then wrap.
